The function of the Ministry of Property is to be stewards of the church’s physical resources so that they may serve the essential mission of the church and support the programmatic growth of the congregation. This ministry is responsible for planning for the upkeep, repair and upgrading of the property of the church including:
Maintenance and upkeep of property, buildings, and equipment
Bus maintenance and oversight
Oversight and review of contracts related to the facility and grounds
Maintenance and creation of safety plans and annual safety evaluations
